Biography
Dr. Benjamin Boller, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) and an Associate Professor at Université de Montréal. He earned his doctorate in psychology from Université René Descartes (Paris V), with additional specialized training in neuropsychology and gerontological psychology. After completing a postdoctoral fellowship at CRIUGM, he joined UQTR in 2017, where he quickly established himself as a leading early-career researcher in cognitive aging.
Dr. Boller has secured numerous competitive grants from agencies such as the FRQSC, SSHRC, RISUQ supporting his research on brain aging mechanisms and cognitive interventions.
Research interests
Dr. Boller’s research focuses on cognitive aging, particularly the individual and environmental factors that shape cognitive changes in later life. His key interests include:

the development and validation of virtual reality tools for assessment and cognitive training;
