Biography
Nancy Presse was a dietitian-nutritionist, laboratory director at CRIUGM, member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ) and professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences – Université de Sherbrooke. Her research interests focused on clinical nutrition as applied to adult populations at nutritional risk, more specifically hospitalized elderly people and nursing home residents. She was particularly interested in the determinants of nutritional deficiencies and the development of interventions to prevent and treat these deficiencies.
